Esports Tech Limited is looking for an experienced Fraud and Payment Analyst who will be in charge of handling payment queries whilst proactively anticipating issues to minimize fraud risk and upholding outstanding levels of customer service.

Based in Malta and forming part of a fantastic team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Check and process incoming and outgoing customer payments within SLA
  • Perform mandatory check on customers as per regulations and request necessary documents as needed
  • Perform initial investigations and taking immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to the business
  • Answer escalated CS queries with regards to responsible gaming, payments and fraud
  • Make sure the payments services, provided to the customers, are undisruptive
  • Identify and Monitor fraud trends and patterns
  • Keep department updated on latest fraud cases/trends and assist with training when required
  • Liaise with the police and other authorities to assist in investigations and DPA requests
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers when needed
  • Determine potential addictive behavior and act according to agreed procedures
  • Execute daily reports
  • Adhere to corporate-wide and team-specific policies, procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 years experience working in the field
  • Knowledge of about online payment systems, regulations and understanding of KYC
  • Able to work under pressure and within a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English
